The mission of the Academy is to educate, train and inspire men and women to become officers of character motivated to lead the United States Air Force in service to our nation. Graduates receive a Bachelor of Science degree in one of 31 majors and commission as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. The Academy has 27 NCAA Division I athletic teams.
