Program Description
College Goal SundaySM is a volunteer-run program that assists, free of charge, low-income families and first-generation students in the completion of the FAFSA form. In 2008 38 states plus the District of Columbia will offer over 600 sites to help families access financial aid resources.

Organization History
The College Goal SundaySM program was created by the Indiana Student Financial Aid Association with funding from Lilly Endowment, Inc., and with supplemental support from Lumina Foundation for Education. College Goal Sunday is funded by Lumina Foundation for Education and managed by the YMCA of the USA.

Partners and Supporters
College Goal Sunday partners with college access programs including TRiO; GEAR UP; Adult Education; state guidance counselor associations; NCAN; National Council of Higher Education Loan Programs (NCHELP); Education Finance Council (EFC); Pathways to College Network; and a host of national and state college access programs.
